In accordance with the Belgian tax reform, we would like to inform you that as of 1 January 2026, all companies established in Belgium and subject to VAT will be required to issue and receive invoices exclusively in a structured electronic format.

To ensure a smooth and compliant transition, TotalEnergies is implementing the following measures:

📌 Adoption of the PEPPOL BIS 3.0 format for all invoices covered by this new requirement.

📌 Discontinuation of invoice delivery via DocOnline as of 01/01/2026.

📌 Access to historical invoices via DocOnline will remain available for 15 months following the transition.
